Please tell me which version of the plugin do you use? Could you tell me if you have activated Deeper Search option and do you use an Index Optimizer (latest option on the Main Page).

Hi, we are running you plugin for years on the website of our customer www.scheiffele-schmiederer.de. After the last update, your plugin stated that the index has changed and we should-re-index - which we have done.
The indexing status now is:
Indexing Engine Status
● Idle
Records: 4225
...Ready for changes...
But the search doesn´t give any results at all.
Can you please help ASAP?
I have re-indexed again and started to work again.
